오래는 회원가입이나 사용자 계정 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. ORE Studio는 사용자가 앱에서 선택하거나 촬영한 사진·영상을 자체 서버로 전송하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

기기 안에서 처리되는 콘텐츠

• 사용자가 선택하거나 촬영한 사진 및 영상
• 영상 구간, 컷 순서, 자막, 음소거 여부 등 프로젝트 편집 정보
• 앱이 생성한 임시 미디어 파일과 완성 영상

이 정보는 영상 편집, 미리보기, 렌더링, 프로젝트 저장 및 갤러리 내보내기를 위해 사용자의 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 사용자가 완성 영상을 갤러리에 저장하면 해당 파일은 기기의 공유 미디어 저장소에 보관됩니다.

기기 권한

• 사진 및 동영상: 사용자가 편집할 미디어를 선택하고 불러오기 위해 사용합니다.
• 카메라: 앱에서 사진 또는 영상을 촬영할 때 사용합니다.
• 마이크: 원본 소리가 포함된 영상을 촬영할 때 사용합니다.
• 저장소(일부 구형 Android 기기): 생성한 영상을 갤러리에 저장하기 위해 사용될 수 있습니다.

권한은 해당 기능을 사용할 때 요청되며, 기기 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

2. 광고, 이용 분석 및 제3자 서비스

Google AdMob

오래는 Google AdMob을 이용해 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 부정 사용 방지, 빈도 제한, 성능 측정 및 맞춤설정 여부 판단을 위해 IP 주소, 광고 식별자 또는 기타 기기 식별자, 앱과 광고의 상호작용 정보, 진단 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.

법령상 필요한 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 통해 광고 관련 동의 또는 개인정보 선택사항을 요청합니다. 사용 가능한 경우 앱 안의 개인정보 설정 메뉴에서 선택을 다시 변경할 수 있습니다.

Google Analytics for Firebase

오래는 실제 사용 흐름과 기능 이용 현황을 집계해 앱 품질과 마케팅 성과를 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용할 수 있습니다. Firebase Analytics는 앱 실행 및 이용 과정에서 발생하는 이벤트, 앱·기기 관련 정보와 설치 단위 식별자(Firebase installation ID 등)를 처리할 수 있습니다.

ORE Studio가 별도로 기록하는 맞춤 분석 이벤트에는 프로젝트 생성, 미디어 추가, 영상 생성 시작·성공·실패, 저장, 공유와 같은 기능 이용 상태와 컷 수·화면 비율 같은 집계용 값만 사용합니다. 프로젝트 제목 또는 ID, 파일명, 파일 URI, 자막 내용, 사진·영상 메타데이터, 오류 메시지 본문, 사용자가 입력한 텍스트는 맞춤 분석 매개변수로 전송하지 않습니다. ORE Studio는 Firebase Analytics에 별도의 사용자 ID를 설정하지 않습니다.

Firebase Analytics에 대해서는 Android 광고 식별자(Advertising ID) 수집과 Analytics 데이터의 개인 맞춤 광고 활용 신호를 기본적으로 비활성화합니다. 이는 위의 AdMob 광고 처리와 별도의 Analytics 설정입니다.

4. 외부 전송과 공유

사용자의 원본 사진·영상 및 앱 프로젝트는 ORE Studio 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다. 사용자가 Android 공유 기능을 직접 실행한 경우에는 선택한 외부 앱 또는 서비스로 완성 영상이 전달될 수 있습니다.

AdMob 및 Google Analytics for Firebase 이용 과정에서는 Google이 위에서 설명한 광고·분석 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 처리 위치는 사용자의 국가 밖일 수 있습니다. 이 분석 정보에는 ORE Studio가 맞춤 이벤트에 포함하지 않는 원본 사진·영상이나 프로젝트 콘텐츠 자체가 포함되지 않습니다.

5. 보관 및 삭제

프로젝트와 앱 내부 미디어 사본은 사용자의 기기에 저장되며, 사용자가 프로젝트를 삭제하거나 앱 데이터 또는 앱 자체를 삭제할 때 제거될 수 있습니다. 갤러리에 저장된 완성 영상은 앱을 삭제해도 남을 수 있으므로 사용자가 기기 갤러리에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

광고 및 Firebase Analytics 관련 정보의 보관·삭제는 Google의 정책, Firebase/Google Analytics 설정 및 관련 법령에 따릅니다.

6. 사용자의 선택과 권리

• 기기 설정에서 사진·영상, 카메라, 마이크 등의 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 앱 안에서 프로젝트를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 사용 가능한 경우 개인정보 설정 메뉴에서 광고 동의 선택을 다시 관리할 수 있습니다.
• 앱 기능과 법령상 허용되는 범위에서 분석 데이터 수집 방식은 앱 업데이트 또는 개인정보 설정을 통해 변경될 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

오래는 특정 연령의 아동을 주요 대상으로 설계된 서비스가 아닙니다. ORE Studio는 앱을 통해 아동의 이름, 연락처 또는 계정 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 보안

ORE Studio는 앱의 미디어 처리 범위를 필요한 기능으로 제한하고, 사용자의 원본 파일을 임의로 변경하거나 삭제하지 않도록 설계합니다. 다만 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

9. 방침 변경

앱 기능, 광고 서비스 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고 필요한 방식으로 안내합니다.

1. Information processed

ORE does not provide user accounts or sign-in. ORE Studio does not upload or store the photos and videos selected or captured by users on its own servers.

Photos, videos, trim ranges, clip order, captions, audio choices, project data, temporary media and rendered videos are processed on the user's device to provide editing, preview, rendering, project storage and gallery export features.

Device permissions

• Photos and videos: to select and import media for editing.
• Camera: to capture photos or videos in the app.
• Microphone: to record video with original audio.
• Storage on some older Android versions: to save rendered videos to the gallery.

2. Advertising, analytics and third-party services

Google AdMob

ORE may use Google AdMob to display ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, advertising or other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency management, measurement and personalization choices.

Where legally required, Google User Messaging Platform may request advertising consent or privacy choices. When available, users can revisit these choices through the app's privacy settings entry point.

Google Analytics for Firebase

ORE may use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure aggregated app usage, feature engagement and product funnels so that ORE Studio can improve the app and evaluate marketing performance. Firebase Analytics may process app usage events, app/device information and per-installation identifiers such as a Firebase installation ID.

ORE Studio's custom analytics events are limited to product-state signals such as project creation, media addition, render start/success/failure, save and share, together with aggregate values such as clip counts or aspect ratio. ORE Studio does not send project titles or IDs, filenames, file URIs, caption text, photo/video metadata, exception-message contents or user-entered text as custom analytics parameters, and it does not set a separate Firebase Analytics user ID.

For Firebase Analytics, ORE disables Android Advertising ID collection and disables Analytics ad-personalization signals by default. These Analytics settings are separate from the AdMob advertising processing described above.

3. Purposes

• Importing, capturing, trimming and editing photos and videos
• Rendering, saving, playing and sharing completed videos
• Maintaining app functionality, security and error handling
• Aggregated analysis of app usage, feature engagement and video completion/save/share funnels
• Improving the product, usability and marketing performance
• Providing ads, managing ad frequency and measuring ad performance
• Complying with applicable law and platform policies

4. Sharing and international processing

Original media and project content are not uploaded to ORE Studio servers. If a user invokes Android's share function, the selected completed video may be transferred to the external app or service chosen by the user. Google may process advertising- and analytics-related data in countries other than the user's country. ORE Studio's custom analytics events do not include the original photo/video content or project content itself.

5. Retention and deletion

Projects and app-managed media copies remain on the user's device until the user deletes the project, app data or the app. Completed videos saved to the gallery may remain after app deletion and must be removed from the device gallery by the user. Google's retention and deletion practices and the applicable Firebase/Google Analytics settings apply to advertising- and analytics-related data.

6. User choices

Users can manage device permissions in Android settings, delete projects in the app, revisit advertising privacy choices when the option is available, and contact ORE Studio regarding privacy questions.

7. Children

ORE is not designed primarily for children of a specific age. ORE Studio does not intentionally collect children's names, contact details or account information through the app.
